Online Order Notification Integration is here!! Your Online Orders can now be integrated with the OS Address Book.
Company, Participant, Supervisor and billing information will automatically be added to your Address Book when a new Order comes in off your website. In the Notes section, you will see a summary of the order, Program of interest and billing details for the Participant.
The only thing left to do is register the individual to your corresponding Program and send them their Welcome email!
To start auto-importing your online Orders, make sure your webleads@ email is receiving order notifications from your website. Once webleads@ is added as a recipient, it may take 1 or 2 days for the integration to activate.
Coming Soon: Program detection, so that your participant is automatically enrolled in the corresponding program.
