On Friday, October 14th between 3:03 PM to 6:43 PM, some clients experienced performance issues when loading Contact profiles and other entities.
IMPACT AND REMEDIATION
This issue impacted all versions of the OS.
The team was able to identify the page load issue and implement a solution to re-establish application performance.
Performance was fully restored Oct 14 at 6:43 PM EST.
We have since determined the underlying issue and are working to resolve 100%, in order to avoid any further disruptions.
