The Microsoft Business Account Integration with OS provides enterprises with a new method of integrating their productivity tools with their business process platform. When your Microsoft Account integration is enabled, the following integration modules will be enabled:

• User Administration
• Authentication (Single Sign On)
• Calendar
• Email

Important

If your site is currently integrated with GSuite, please contact support in order to configure the migration from GSuite to Microsoft. We recommend having a migration strategy in place for your user accounts prior to migrating platforms.

Prerequisites

Before the support team can enable integration, you must have:

• A Microsoft Business subscription (Office 365 for Business)
• Access to a global administrative user on Office 365
