Cancel or Drop a Participant from a class when you would like to remove them as a participant from that Program, but keep a history of that record.

Cancel Registration

When do I Cancel a Registration?
Cancelling a registration can be done before or early on in a class, usually before session 2 of a 12 session program, if it’s known that the participant will not be able to attend the Program.

To Cancel a Participant’s Registration, Edit the Registration you would like to have cancelled:

  1. Under the Registration Summary, update the Exit type to Cancel
    • The Exit Date will be populated with today’s date
  2. Select one of the following options to continue:
    • Cancel: Cancel the Scholarship, Makeup of Transferred participant.
    • Cancel and Apply Credit: When no payments have been made and you would like to clear the balance.
    • Cancel and Apply Refund: When a payment has been made and you would like perform a Refund.
    • Transfer to another Program
  3. Save the registration.

Drop Registration

When do I Drop a Registration?
Dropping a registration is usually done well into a class or after graduation, if it’s known that the Participant had failed to attend the majority of sessions.

To Drop a Participant’s Registration, Edit the Registration you would like to have dropped:

  1. Under the Registration Summary, update the Exit type to Drop
    • The Exit Date will be populated with today’s date
  2. Select one of the following options to continue:
    • Drop: Drop the Scholarship, Makeup of Transferred participant.
    • Drop and Apply Credit: When no payments have been made and you would like to clear the balance.
    • Drop and Apply Refund: When a payment has been made and you would like perform a Refund.
    • Transfer to another Program
  3. Save the registration.
