When a Program has reached it’s maximum capacity, you will be unable to register a participant directly.

If you try to register a Participant for a class that is full, you may see the following message:

“This class is full. Please contact admin to put the participant on a waitlist.”

How do I know how many seats are left in a class?

You can see the number of seats left for a class from your Program Dashboard, Upcoming Program Status widget:

How do I set the Program’s Max Capacity?

The Max Participant number can be defined at the Product level as an Admin, or at the individual Program level.
